Course :

Divided in two parts : AI (Assistant Instructor) and OWSI (Open Water Scuba Instructor), the IDC course teaches you how to conduct basic PADI courses to become an international PROFESSIONAL diving instructor.
9 days + 2 exam days.
Possibility to do your EFRI with an extra day.
Pedagogical and theoretical training in the classroom: presentations, workshops, theoretical reinforcement, learning standards, preparation of sessions.
Practical Training in Protected and Natural Environment: learning how to teach the 24 exercises of the PADI Open Water, rescue exercises and teaching of all levels up to the Divemaster.

Conditions of application:

be at least 18 years old.
have been DIVEMASTER certified for 6 months
have taken primary and secondary care EFR courses in the last 24 months.
Certificate showing that you have been medically evaluated and cleared for diving by a physician less than a year ago.
Be an Emergency First Response Instructor (integrable with IDC course)
minimum 60 logged dives at the start of the course and 100 do take the IE exam.

be DIVEMASTER certified or N4-Gp and have completed the Assessment of Rescue Techniques of the PADI DIVEMASTER course.
have taken the primary and secondary care EFR courses within the last 24 months.
Certificate showing that you have been medically evaluated and cleared for diving by a physician less than a year ago.

Conditions of application:

be at least 18 years old.
be RESCUE and ADVANCED PADI certified.
having taken primary and secondary care EFR courses in the last 24 months.
minimum 40 logged dives at the start of the course and 60 at the end to get certified.
Certificate showing that you have been medically evaluated and cleared for diving by a physician less than a year ago.
Possibility of getting double certified N4 - GP under certain conditions.
